Lately I've seen people in various fandoms talking about whether they wish to make DW their primary journal or not. I wonder if that will happen?

I've seen fanfic posted here with a link to it from the main lj post, like this is the 'story deposit' and lj is just for information. Hm. Is that perhaps a good idea?

I'm practising the crossposting feature with a small update.

Have you seen this? Words in the English language

On the one hand - this is what makes it so challenging and intriguing to write fanfic, we can choose among so many words that we can create numerous nuances in meaning.

On the other hand - it sometimes makes it difficult, especially for an EFL as myself, to fully understand what I'm reading, or writing for that matter. And I suspect my vocabulary is above average - after all I work with the English language every day. And if I sometimes struggle, what with those who use it only sporadically? I'm impressed with what some people manage to write.

All in all - great fun and great possibilities, eh?

And hi again - just testing this new, pink wonder :)
